Calling all couch potatoes. You can live an extra three years if you exercise for just 15 minutes a day – half the 30-minute minimum prescribed by the World Health Organization. THIS is exactly what I need to perk up my sedentary lifestyle! I will GLADLY take three more years of life. :D

  1. Three years maybe. But exercising daily will lift your daily mood for the rest of your life! Priceless. I do about 30 minutes a day and I split it up into two 15 minutes session in the morning and in the evening. It hardly takes any time each day! Good post!
